We search public clerk records for recently filed pleadings. We then mail you a letter offering our services should you need them. If you already have any attorney, feel free to disregard our letter.
We operate on a fixed price system for most of our services, so typically rates start at just a few hundred dollars for small claims cases and go all the way up to a few thousand dollars for more complicated matters. Obviously, like all in things in law, rates vary depending on the actual complexity of the matter.
We are actually open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a day. Our specialized call team can do more than just take notes and pass on your information. You can also email or text us. Consultations are available from 7AM to 7PM EST.

Clerks Site. It’s fairly straight forward, we have tools that scour the clerk’s public system and simply mail you a letter. Whether you are being sued by a credit card company or could use our services to lower your property taxes, we can help.
Transactional services are straight forward legal services that are matter based. Once the matter is concluded, our relationship is usually concluded. Basically you pay for what you need and nothing more.

We’ve already created processes in our system so most services can be handled in a fraction of time compared to traditional firms. For example, we can handle a LLC + EIN registration in about half the time others might take. Most firms takes 15 or more days to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, we can file a petition in less than half the time due to our technology and processes. Because of this, we only handle very specific subcategories of law, for example if you had a complicated immigration matter or bankruptcy, we would likely bring in co-counsel (with your permission) or refer you to someone in our trusted network.
